One fourth Finnish Calle Ahlin is coming to his gransparents home country for the first time as the Legend Cars World Finals lead the young man to Botniaring Southern Ostrobothnia. Racing under the Swedish flag Ahlin has ambitious goals for the Championship race next weekend.

16 year old Calle Ahlin is racing in Legends Cup of Sweden for the second year and is fighting for the Championship in the World Finals in Semi-Pro class. In Sweden Ahlin is racing in the high level Pro class and is hoping to get the Championship trophy from Botniaring as a souvenir.

Ahlin has raced with go-karts since he was 7 years old both in Sweden and abroad. Ahlin’s grandparents are from Finland but this is the first time the man is visiting his grandparents homeland.

Ahlin is driving in the Swedish Nyman Racing Team with Pro class driver Micke Nyman and Masters driver Fredrik Egeland. The team has a goal of having Champions after the World Finals in each class.

Legend Cars World Finals race is next weekend on September 16-17 at Botniaring Finland. Qualifications and heat races are on Saturday and finals on Sunday.
